Project For Real Science is led by Dr Peter Ridd and Dr Jennifer Marohasy.

Dr Peter Ridd is an Australian physicist and former professor at James Cook University, North Queensland, Australia. Dr Jennifer Marohasy is an Australian biologist, writer and speaker.

Dr Ridd and Dr Marohasy are among the first scientists to call out the poor quality assurance in scientific research being done in Australian universities and scientific bodies, particularly with respect to climate science.

They are both passionate about the Great Barrier Reef.
